After submitting your application, you’ll receive a detailed email with pricing information and a link to schedule a consultation. Together we’ll create a plan for finding your care team with additional wrap around services.

If you decide to move forward with our agency, you will receive a $400 invoice for engagement. This fee covers the search and prescreening for all families and nannies, background checks, interview support, contract negotiation, and hiring.

NannyShare will share a short list of top candidates that have been identified as ideal matches for your family. We will provide an interview packet and help facilitate any video or in person meetings.
We will also cover the cost of a trial period for you and the nanny prior to a contract being signed.

Once you have decided on a nanny and a family for your share, we will assist with building your personalized Family Agreement, including schedule, pay, duties, benefits, etc. Once the agreement is signed by all parties, the Placement Fee will be charged.

The agency can provide ongoing support, including a 30 day check in, 90 day performance review template, and replacement support specific to your family’s needs.
